Step 1: Enter your current sign in information

The Parent Portal is available to all DDSB Parents/Guardians to view student homeroom assignments, attendance history, midterm and final marks, complete the Returning Student Verification Form and view parent contact information.
The Parent Portal also provides links to other parent systems including SchoolCash and SchoolMessenger which require a separate parent account.
We recommend parents use the same email address for all DDSB parent systems
 (i.e. Parent Portal, SchoolCash, SchoolMessenger)

  • Please click CREATE ACCOUNT below, if you are new to the Parent Portal.
    You will be asked to create a Username. This Username should not be your email address and should not contain any spaces or special characters, such as: (!@#$%).

PLEASE NOTE: Your username and password are not the same as your students' OEN and Access Password.

  • Link your students using their OEN and access password sent to you.
  • If you do not know your child's access password, please refer to the board email or contact your school.
  • *Note, your child's OEN can be found on their report card.
